Monday 20 November

Rudie // CDEMA Hurricane Relief Fund

Cambridge, say hello to your termly night of reggae, jungle, dub, ska, dancehall, afrobeats + more.

New party, new sounds. Dutchie and Suzie are making the lengthy trip over from Bristol to co-headline our first event. Dutchie has supported the likes of Deekline and Ed Solo in the past, and earlier this year played no other than Boomtown Fair. Suzie, on the other hand, has been exploring the jungle to a depth never before seen, and has been gracing various Bristol events with his specialist selection.

We do it for the love - this is a charity project. We'll be letting you know every penny we make from tickets and exactly where it all goes: earnings will be split between event costs, reinvestment in our next party, and of course the majority will go to our chosen charity, the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA).

The CDEMA is an agency for disaster management in the Caribbean Community. Our chosen fund will provide humanitarian support to the population affected by Hurricane Irma and Maria. We’ll post more about their great work in the build-up to the event so you can be sure of the help you’ll provide.

EVERYONE is invited, so come dance your lil socks off to new music, new djs and help out great causes in the process.

Deptford Northern Soul 27.11.17 - (Deptford Northern Soul 27.11.17)

Monday 27 November

Deptford Northern Soul Club

Fresh off the back of festival appearances at Glastonbury and End Of The Road, a busy summer in London with slots at Deptford Pride and Norman Jay MBE’s Good Times Goes East launch party and their residency in London’s infamous Bunker club, Deptford Northern Soul Club are taking the party on the road.

With their residency at Bunker fast approaching it’s first birthday, Deptford Northern Soul Club have earned a reputation as original party starters - bringing the famous sound of Northern Soul to a new generation.

Deptford Northern Soul Club was launched in September 2016 by lifelong friends William J. Foot and Lewis J. Henderson. Inspired by venues such as Blackpool Mecca and Wigan Casino, their aim was to create a gimmick free Northern Soul night in the cultural centre of the world, Deptford. After the success of the sold out launch night in November 2016, Deptford Northern Soul Club secured their monthly residency at Bunker Club on Deptford Broadway, bringing the sounds of Northern Soul to the next generation, featuring DJs old and young, crowds of veterans and rookies; all dancing under one roof to the best soul music has to offer.
